I wasn't sure what to write about this week, as I am easing myself back into work after my annual leave last week. Serendipitously, this morning my postman delivered a copy of Happiful magazine that includes and article on Superhero therapy that I contributed to. As Many of my clients know, I love a good metaphor and often use popular culture refences in therapy. The article looks at how and why this can be useful for clients.
