Bespoke Training

Organisational Training

Alongside my private practice I am also available to deliver bespoke training packages for a range of organisations who are looking for ways to support neurodivergent staff and clients.

Because I know that no two organisations are the same I will work with you to put together a training package that meets the needs of your staff.

This means:

  • Taking into account any pre-existing knowledge and experience of attendees

  • Adapting to a range of learning styles

  • Ensuring that the content is relevant to your work setting and organisational structure

  • Working with you to agree key learning outcomes

  • Making sure that resources that are shared are appropriate to your work

As part of the booking process we will meet to agree not only the format, but also the content of your training so that you know exactly what to expect when you book.

Training Delivery

Online Training

Delivering sessions online is a cost effective and inclusive delivery method that allows each learner to curate a physical environment to suit their own learning needs.

Online sessions are conducted over zoom and make use of break out rooms, chat features, whiteboards and the ability to share documents and links to provide engaging and accessible sessions.

In Person Training

In person training sessions can be facilitated where online sessions may not be appropriate or meet the needs of attendees. Their availability is more limited and requires additional planning, so please do get in touch in plenty of time if you would like to book.

In person sessions will incur additional costs for travel and dependent on location may not be available for shorter session lengths. They will also require the provision of appropriate rooms and technology.

  • Custom content tailored to your organisation's needs

  • Expert delivery from an experienced trainer with lived experience as well as professional and academic knowledge

  • Flexible format - can adapt existing programs or create entirely new sessions

  • Supporting materials as appropriate to the training topic

    • Digital handouts which include all information from PowerPoint slides, sent 2 days before session to facilitate different learning styles

    • Digital copies of all worksheets and resources covered in the training

    • Suggested further reading and additional resources to support further learning

  • Post-training support for any follow-up questions
