I'm Louise Lucas (she/her), a queer, neurodivergent (diagnosed autistic) counsellor, supervisor, trainer and author based in Cheshire, UK. I am an accredited registrant member of NCPS.

Curiosity Spot was imagined following a conference I attended on compassionate approaches to mental health. When I returned, I decided that I wanted to create a space for people to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement. A place that acknowledged the messiness of human identity, where all parts of a person were welcome.

I provide neuro-affirming, online therapy for adults in the UK. I am interested in working with themes of identity, change, otherness and creativity. You can book an initial chat here.

 

I offer 1:1 sessions for professionals who would benefit from some focused time with me, without committing to an ongoing supervisory relationship.

I run training on Working with Neurodivergent Clients and Inclusive Practice. Details of upcoming training here. I also offer bespoke training sessions for organisations.

I have previously presented workshops at conferences run by BACP, Pink Therapy, UMHAN and Onlinevents.
